Shipping & Returns

How long will it take to receive my items?

The majority of my pieces listed are in stock, and will ship out within  2 business days. Made to order jewelry takes 2 -3 weeks, and will be noted in the listing.

In the very unlikely event that there will be any additional delay, I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.


What shipping options do you offer?

I ship within the US only, via USPS.

Standard First Class shipping is FREE, however, if you'd like it quicker you have the option of selecting Priority Mail at check out.

Return Policy:

You may return any item, no questions asked within 14 days of delivery. (Please note: Gift Certificates, Customized items and Clearance items are not returnable. Custom items include any items with set stones)

Due to the fluctuations in the metals markets, beyond 14 days and up to 30 days, I can offer exchanges only.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with any tags still attached.

To return your product:
1. Email me at  with your request, and I will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization number, along with return shipping instructions.
2.  Mail your item back per the instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item. 
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
I will replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email within 14 days at to let me know. While I am happy to honor requests to replace something that arrives defective or damaged, I do not offer a lifetime guarantee on chains. Chains, while sturdy by nature, can get caught on things and break, so please use caution. Please see my warranty in the FAQ page for more info.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I am obligated to send the refund to the purchaser.
